We all have a go to color that we tend to lean towards and mine most always seems to be black. Maybe, it’s because it has been embedded in my brain that black makes you look thinner and who doesn’t want to look thin. 🙂
I have been trying to put more of a conscious effort in branching out to other colors and I believe I have been doing a great job. This Fall I have been wearing various shades of pink, colorful florals, maroons and so many more colors outside of black. I must say that my closet has come to life with many different colors.
You know that saying that it is either black or white and there is no gray. In this case, I definitely say there is a gray! Most of us, when deciding on jeans to purchase will most commonly pick out a traditional blue denim or back. Well, if you have never thought about buying a pair gray jeans…you should.
Don’t get me wrong, I am not saying that I have never owned gray pants because I have had my share of gray slacks for workwear, but beyond sticking to the traditional denim colors of blue and black jeans…this is my first pair of gray jeans and it definitely won’t be my last.
I first noticed the distressed wash on these “black” jeans, but the wash technique on it definitely makes it gray. That was gives it a really pretty soft look. I knew these jeans would be fun to go with all the pink and other neutral tops that I have been snatching up. Below I have rounded up three of my favorite looks and wanted to show you how gray jeans can add some elegance to your look.

I am absolutely loving how the gray look is just as chic as wearing black. So, go ahead and purchase some gray jeans and have fun styling them. I am all about the gray and as for me and my wardrobe, it is here to STAY!
